A:  Depending on your current  HR  framework & the size of your business, the cost will range between $499 and maximum $3,416 for the Essential package. Your consultant will ensure  the pricing is quoted accurately in your initial consultation.  As of December 2024, the current average spend on our Sign-Up is $550.

All of our packages are priced competitively and are cheaper than hiring one full-time HR Manager with comparative qualifications.

Our staff are amazing and also need days off! These days are observed on the same date in both Australia & New Zealand.  Outside of  these dates, you may receive support from a team member in the other country or state if your local area has a holiday. 

A: No company is too small. We can support your business growth with either the HR Essentials package at $99 p/m, or take advantage of our Project Services.

A: We believe in transparent communication and costs. You will know in advance what the all inclusive costs are before our work commences.

• If paying by card, there is a 1.7% + A$0.30 for domestic cards. This is the fee charged by Stripe.
  To Avoid this fee, you can pay via Bank Transfer.

• The wellness days may incur additional charges depending on the activity selected.

• All prices stated on our website are ex GST.

• For monthly subscribers, payment is due by the 1st of the month of the service month. 

• Fractional HR rate is based on service within standard business hours. 

• But what if something urgent pops up outside 9–5?

  Out-of-hours support is available at $80 + GST per hour
  A $30 (incl. GST) non refundable booking fee applies to secure your spot

Currently, we accept Cash, Bank Transfer & card payments through Stripe.
Online Payments must clear prior to commencement of work.
Accepted currencies: AUD & NZD.

Our fractional HR Services include all HR tasks for businesses needing an extra set of hands, without a long-term commitment.  From job ads to severance letters, and all tasks in-between.
Minimum engagement terms apply of 4 hours.

Our Contracts, and Policies are deemed 'Project Based' jobs. Although we have set prices for both options, if the standard turn -around time exceeds 4 business days, (unless otherwise stated), additional consulting fees may apply).

Given the nature of these customised projects, we do not provide refunds once an initial draft has been supplied.

Cancellation prior to an initial draft, may be negotiated less any consulting time the team may have provided.
