Our Recruitment Process

Candidate support: Having trouble applying? Let us know. We have support measures in place to help you. From resume assistance, to providing different ways to apply, we provide support so that everyone gets a fair opportunity to join our team.
Applicant Acknowledgement: When you apply for a job with us, we will confirm that we have received your application and the lead time that we anticipate to respond to you by that outlines the next steps in your personalised recruitment journey with us.
Bias Free Screening: We hire based on the needs of the business and promote equitable hiring practices. Each job vacancy will have its own criteria that will prioritise skills & experience and willingness to learn. All candidates will go through a grading system that will outline our key requirements for the role.
Structured interviews: Our interview questions are formalised to suit the role and we place importance transparency.
Strict timeline for recruitment process: We know that it can be stressful applying for a job and waiting to hear back. Our commitment to you is that you will be kept informed throughout your journey in a timely manner.
Most of our positions will have a 2 week turn around time from the interview. You will be advised if the job that you have applied for falls outside of that timeframe.
Feedback: No ghosting here! All unsuccessful candidates will be notified of their outcome. Feedback will be given upon request and we openly invite you to provide feedback for us so that we can make the employee journey great with us.
